WODs
WODs are CrossFit, The Yard's way. A coached workout every day built around functional movement: barbell, gymnastics, conditioning, and the occasional reminder that you're fitter than you think.
Sessions are programmed to push you, scaled to meet you where you are, and led by coaches who know the difference. No two days are the same. That's the point.
FUNCTIONAL BARBELL
FBB is where the barbell gets serious attention. Olympic lifting forms the foundation; snatch, clean, jerk, supplemented with functional bodybuilding and strength work that builds the body behind the lifts.
Sessions are coached, structured, and deliberately paced. You'll move better, look better, and lift more. Not necessarily in that order.
ENGINES
Cardio done right. Engines is all about building your aerobic capacity. If your focus is on increasing your power output, knocking some minutes off your Park-run 5km, making the commute to work less arduous or being less of a liability on your local 5-aside league team then get in on this.
